We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are currently seeking an experienced Youth Respite Provider in or near the Black River Falls area to care for and spend meaningful time with a young female teen. 
The ideal candidate will: • Be honest, patient, and reliable • Enjoy being a mentor and positive role model • Be enthusiastic about teaching everyday tasks and routines • Have experience working with special needs children or teens

Schedule:• Up to 12 hours per month – (Afternoons needed/flexible hours)  • Mondays & Thursdays after 5pm • Tuesdays & Fridays after 4pm (earlier start time optional)  • Potential for Weekend hours 
Qualifications:  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance • Willing to undergo a caregiver background check upon hire • Age 18 or older at start of employment
