Now Hiring: Respite Care Provider for Energetic Sibling Duo!
We are seeking a kind, patient, and dependable individual to provide respite care for a pair of loving and active brothers with Autism and ADHD. These bright and energetic boys thrive with structure, creativity, and a caregiver who can match their energy while providing a calm and supportive environment.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging activities, values consistency, and is passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.
Location: Elk MoundCompensation: $14.13-$17.66/HourSchedule: Up to 30Hour/Month - Scheduled in Advance with Parent!
Position Highlights:• Provide supervision and companionship to two young brothers• Support daily routines and help with emotional regulation• Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities at home or in the community• Encourage social skills, independence, and positive behavior• Offer caregivers a much-needed break
Ideal Candidate:• Experience with children with Autism and/or ADHD preferred• Patient, dependable, and able to maintain calm in energetic situations• Creative, active, and willing to be a positive role model• CPR Certified or willing to certify within 30 days of hire• Comfortable working in the family’s home and/or on community outings• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
