Respiratory Therapy Team Leader , $20,000 Sign on Bonus
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Night Shift **Description:** This is a night shift, Respiratory Team Lead position. **Job Duties** + Partner with other Team Leaders to drive best practice in Respiratory Care + Train new hires, ongoing Staff training and competency. + Policy review and upkeep. + Ensure proper RT therapy delivery, including medication delivery. + Oversight of Blood gas machine functions and maintenance. + Ordering of supplies . + Relief charge for RT. + Respiratory therapy as needed. **Job Requirements** + Able to perform all duties of Respiratory Therapy including; floor care therapy, Critical care vent management, Emergency medicine, Intubation, Spirometry, Bedside Bronchoscopy + Special focus in Critical Care **Minimum Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program + RRT + Three years minimum experience in all aspects of respiratory care including, pediatric, adult and geriatric patient population **Our Commitment** Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
