Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Assists the Pulmonary/Hyperbaric director in a wide variety of activities deemed necessary by the director. Supervises the Arterial Blood Gas laboratories. Establishes work responsibilities and job specifications for clinical and support staff. Oversees patient care processes, organizes and evaluates clinical services, supervises staff, and implements improvement strategies as appropriate. Assists the director in the overall management of the two departments and assists the director in the planning and implementation of the annual operating and capital budgets.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience:
Over 5 years with previous supervisory experience of one year minimum
License:
Florida RRT
Certifications:
BCLS, ACLS,PALS
