Job Summary

Provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians. Handles complex cases and performs all modalities of respiratory care, including:

Diagnostic testing (treadmills, complete PFTs)ABG machine maintenanceHemodynamics & special proceduresProcedures in ICU, PACU, and moreTreatment across all age groups—newborn to geriatric

Knowledge of ventilators & patient hemodynamicsA passion for clinical excellence and mentoringComfort working in high-acuity environmentsStrong aseptic and infection control practicesExcellent customer service and basic computer skills

Requirements

Education: Completion of an accredited 2-year respiratory therapy program (CRT/RRT eligible)Licensure: Licensed RRT in the State of ArizonaCertifications: BLS (required); ACLS, PALS, NRP within 12 months

Experience

Minimum: 2 years of respiratory experiencePreferred: Acute care/ICU, hemodynamics, PFT, cardiology, and precepting
