$10,000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates with a 1 year commitment to the role.

Tier 2- Base Pay + $18/hr.Tier 2 locations include: Bay Park Hospital, Toledo Hospital, Flower Hospital, Monroe Regional Hospital, Hickman Hospital, Memorial Hospital, and Fostoria Community Hospital.

When a patient has a severe respiratory condition in a ProMedica hospital, a Registered Respiratory Therapist provides the care they need in a general, clinical, emergency and/or diagnostic care area.

You will help create a care plan, evaluate goals and maintain communication with appropriate members of a patient’s health care team.

In this role, you will help with clinical instruction of respiratory care, nursing, medical students and residents as needed. You will also help orient new staff and contribute to the growth of others to strengthen the team.

REQUIREMENTS

A graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program and obtain initial credentialing as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Must be licensed to render respiratory care services by the respective state(s) of practice1 year experience working in critical careBLS, ACLS, PALS and NRPMust be flexible with last minute assignment changesMust have reliable transportation.
