Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Provides optimum respiratory care for all patients. Works under the direct supervision of a hospital appointed medical director and with the direct orders of the attending physician. This position treats/cares for patients of all ages. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Must have worked at least one year of experience as a Respiratory Care Board TherapistGraduate of a Respiratory Therapy Program approved by the National Board of Respiratory Care OR equivalent educationRespiratory Care Board of California license CPR, ACLS, PALS, NRP through American Heath Association certifications requiredOverviewFounded in 1951, Mark Twain Medical Center is a 25-bed, critical access hospital providing inpatient acute care, outpatient services, and emergency services, including Speciality Care Centers and four community Medical Centers.
