This full-time role offers rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, and comes with exceptional financial incentives for qualified candidates.

 Sign-On Bonus Details:

$12,000 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) $20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment)

Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) Senior Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)

Final title and compensation are based on your education, experience, and certifications.

 What You’ll Do:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll provide life-saving care and support to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. You’ll work under physician direction to deliver advanced therapies and interventions across a variety of settings, including:

Operating Rooms (OR), Emergency Department (ED), Cath Lab, and Transport Administering Nitric Oxide (NO), Tracheal Gas Insufflation (TGI), and mechanical ventilation Performing bronchoscopy, ABG lab troubleshooting, pulmonary function tests, EEG, EKG, stress testing, and more Leading respiratory care procedures and mentoring students and staff Responding to code situations and assisting with patient transport

You may also serve as a Lead Respiratory Therapist when needed, supporting team coordination and clinical excellence.
