Job Description
We are seeking four dedicated Respiratory Technicians to join our team for two upcoming studies starting the first week of September. The primary responsibility will be assisting with data collection and administering treatments according to the research protocol.
ResponsibilitiesPerform Pulmonary Function Testing.Collect data related to patient respiratory function, such as pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and oxygen saturation levels.Monitor patients' responses to interventions and document findings.Report any adverse events or deviations from the protocol.Perform spirometry assessments at specified time points: Pre Dose, 45 mins, 90 mins, 2.25 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours post-initiation of first inhalation.Essential SkillsExperience with spirometry and pulmonary function testing.Ability to closely follow study protocols and guidelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience is key; previous clinical research experience is not required.Work Environment
The work environment is a full-service, state-of-the-art paperless Phase I clinical pharmacology unit, originally a hospital, founded in 2007. The facility features fully integrated bedside electronic data capture and is known for its high standard of patient care. The unit specializes in IND-enabling clinical pharmacology studies, cardiovascular safety, and clinical proof of concept, offering expertise in study design, in-house medical writing, clinical data management, biostatistics, project management, clinical laboratory, and PK/PD analysis. The work hours will be approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
