**Responsibilities**
Mayo Clinic Healthcare London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Bank Respiratory Physiologist to perform Cardiopulmonary Exercise Tests (CPETs) for outpatients. This role entails organising and conducting CPETs while collaborating closely with the Cardiology team and other clinical departments.

- Organise and carry out CPETs, ensuring accurate reporting of results.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and conduct clinical audits to uphold high standards of care.
- Provide expert advice on CPET testing to support personalised patient care across Mayo Clinic Healthcare.
- Promote best practices within the department.
- Collaborate with clinical and nursing leads to ensure excellent patient-centred care, and promptly escalate significant test results to the appropriate provider or team.
- Work closely with clinical leads to maintain and elevate patient care standards.
**_Must be authorised to work in the UK, relocation is not offered._**
**Qualifications**
- BSc in Clinical Physiology, Respiratory Physiology, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrable ongoing professional development and education.
- Experience as a physiologist with a focus on CPET.
- Competence in interpreting resting and stress ECGs.
- Knowledge of clinical governance related to CPET.
- Experience in providing education to healthcare staff.
- Experience with Medical-Graphics Ultima equipment.
- Applicants must have current UK professional registration (e.g., ARTP).
