Position: District Sales Manager
A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Respiratory District Manager to oversee and drive the performance of its respiratory portfolio across Greater Cairo. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Medical Representatives, execute strategic business plans, and ensure the achievement of sales and market share objectives within the assigned district.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives to ensure strong execution and performance.
Implement sales strategies and action plans to drive portfolio growth.
Monitor district performance, analyze market dynamics, and identify opportunities for expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the respiratory field.
Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management.
Requirements✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Manager
✔ Proven expertise in the Respiratory therapeutic area within the Greater Cairo region
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
✔ Solid analytical and strategic planning capabilities
