The Resource Support Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the operational flow of care by creating accurate staff schedules and managing timecards for supported departments. With a strong understanding of union contracts and organizational scheduling guidelines, you ensure that staffing plans are fair, compliant, and responsive to departmental needs.Your work supports both staff and leadership by providing timely, well-organized schedules and ensuring timecard accuracy for payroll and reporting. Through your attention to detail and commitment to consistency, you help create a dependable environment where care teams can focus on what matters most—supporting patients.

Pay Range: $22.71 to $31.13 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
