Job Description

Job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting strategic workforce planning efforts including forecasting, onboarding, and deployment of resources across multiple workstreams and delivery phases.Coordinating with internal teams and enterprise capabilities (ECs) to identify, fulfill, and manage resource requests in alignment with program priorities and client expectations.Ensuring resourcing needs are accurately forecasted, tracked, and aligned with project schedules and budget metrics using enterprise systems such as Oracle, Primavera P6, and Collaboration Tools.Maintaining robust resourcing plans that support succession planning, performance management, and scenario-based analysis for future task orders.Pro-active collaboration with program leadership and project controls to support integrated resource dashboards that inform decision-making and track earned value.Coordinating with functional leads to execute recruitment efforts, internal reallocation strategies, and structured onboarding processes.Managing a centralized resource pipeline tracker, ensuring visibility of internal capacity, active recruitment efforts, and enterprise resource availability.Applying sound judgment and demonstrating independence in managing complex data-driven assignments with minimal oversight.Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing best practices for resource management and team coordination.

 

Minimum Requirements:

University degree and a minimum of 4 (four) years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:Human resources or workforce planningProject management or program deliveryEngineering or technical team leadershipOperations or business management within complex, multi-disciplinary environmentsDemonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource demands, or supporting the planning and execution of projects with competing priorities.Proficiency with tools and systems used in resource planning, project scheduling, or performance tracking (mainly Microsoft Excel).

 

Preferred Requirements: 

Experience supporting project coordination, workforce planning, or project delivery activities within infrastructure, engineering, or consulting environments.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and support multiple priorities.Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Oracle, Primavera P6, PlanEngage, or other resource planning or project management platforms.Ability to analyze resource needs and project data to support staffing recommendations and decision-making.Comfort working in matrixed or program-based teams, especially in dynamic and fast-paced project environments.
