Under the direct supervision of the teacher, the successful candidate will assist in the academic program in grades K-5 and/or 6-12 and support operations of a community-based resource center. The Resource Center Associate (RCA) is a key part of each resource center’s instructional staff. The RCA position is hourly and part-time, 25 hours per week. RCAs are role models for students and are expected to professionally represent the school at all times.
