Job Description

You will deliver exceptional Guest service and implement the resort strategy. You will drive and support implementation of all corporate programmes and initiatives. You will effectively lead and manage the day-to-day Resort operational activities. You would enjoy working with others to achieve and exceed key business goals. You would be responsible for managing the performance of the team members that report to you and provide the necessary support to maximise their effectiveness and efficiency while actively supporting their development and growth. You will be committed to meeting and exceeding all key performance standards and measures. Your ability to balance operational needs, implement strategy and display a passion for business excellence will ensure your success in this role.

You will work with the Managers and Teams on the other Resorts that are part of this unique cluster of 3 Resorts and report to the Complex General Manager

QualificationsDegree in Hotel Management.Previous experience as EAM / Hotel Manager / Resident Manager needed. Strong commercial/business acumen, passion for hospitality industry and new trendsPassion for people development and customer care. We look for solid experiences in performance management, coaching and career development.Results driven and focused. Ability to deal with multitude of tasks and diverse group of people is key to success in this role
