Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, managing services such as laundry, packing, reservations, amenities, and special celebrations
Oversee room setup, turndown service, and daily in-room details to ensure comfort and consistency
Curate and facilitate cultural, culinary, and wellness experiences tailored to each guest’s profile
Maintain discreet and continuous communication to deliver seamless, impeccable service
Update guest history records and report relevant observations to enhance future stays
Address requests and unexpected situations with elegance, efficiency, and emotional sensitivity
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury hospitality or personalized butler-style service
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication skills
