About the Role
Are you the person in your group chat who always finds the perfect meme? Do you have the fastest thumbs in the group when a comment section needs a reply? If you live and breathe social media and love creating content just as much as you love engaging with an online community, we want to meet you.
We’re looking for a Social Media Community Manager who will spend 70% of their time owning community management across Sam’s Club social platforms and 30% creating social-first content. You’ll play a key role in deepening relationships with our members while helping to shape how our brand shows up in culture.
What You’ll Do
Community Management (70%)
Engage daily with members and prospects across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit.Write on-brand, timely, and authentic responses that make people feel seenSupport social listening and real-time monitoring to identify moments that matterCreate response libraries for campaigns, FAQs, and trending topicsCollaborate with internal teams to escalate and respond to emerging member issuesSurface community insights and social trends to help inspire future contentContent Creation (30%)

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
