Job DescriptionAllied Universal® is hiring a Resiliency Coordinator. The Resiliency Coordinator supports daily operations within the Enterprise Resiliency function for a high profile customer. The Resiliency Coordinator leads 24/7 threat and risk monitoring, develops situational awareness reports for senior leaders, and facilities coordinated responses to disruptive events affecting the client operations, customers, and communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain 24/7 global threat monitoring to ensure continuous readiness and rapid response to emerging risksProvide real-time situational awareness and briefings to key stakeholders on developing threats and risk eventsIdentify vulnerabilities and operational single points of failure to safeguard critical business functionsDevelop and refine threat monitoring and incident response strategies to align with the evolving threat landscape and enterprise operationsAssess and coordinate emergency responses in collaboration with business leaders and external response partnersInitiate timely protective measures to mitigate threats and minimize operational impactMaintain clear communication protocols, information sharing practices, and reporting, including program metrics and KPIsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess one or more of the following:Associate’s degree in emergency management, risk mitigation, criminal justice, or related field of studyHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in emergency response coordination/managementMinimum of one (1) year of experience in each of the following:Emergency management or operations centercoordinating emergency or critical events, conducting threat monitoring and analysis, and delivering incident briefings to business leaders and response teamsExcellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledgeable and skilled in threat analysis and assessmentCrisis management and business continuity skills; able to identify critical issues quickly and propose steps to mitigate riskIncident coordination and project management skillsIntelligence analysis skills; able to research, sort, and compile information into informative and actionable documentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Graphic design experience or skillsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
