Resilience Business Partner
Job Introduction

This is a critical role that will shape the way we prepare for, respond to, and recover from challenging events.

As a Resilience Business Partner, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of strategies to mitigate risks and ensure rapid recovery from incidents. By working closely with business leaders and managers, you’ll align resilience strategies with overall objectives, ensuring every function is prepared for the unexpected and positioned for success.

Main Assignments

Work with senior management to align business continuity efforts with the overall business strategyBuilding on the foundations of Sodexo’s BCMS by validating and developing scope, business continuity policy, framework, processes and governance arrangementsOwn and maintain the regional ISO 22301 Business continuity management systems certification and associated BCMS documentationRaising awareness of, and commitment to, business resilience so that it is embraced as an integral element of our culture and an established part of business-as-usual activitiesConducting business impact analysis and risk assessments to identify threats to business operationsCollaborating with segments and transversal functions in assessing, selecting and proposing strategies and solutions that enable the business to mitigate risks and achieve continuity in the event of disruptionSupport establishing and maintaining the agreed business continuity solutions, mitigation measures and the supporting plans and proceduresPlan and deliver an exercise and testing programme to continuously improve business resilience capabilities and competencySupport the UK&I Head of Quality & Compliance to develop appropriate objectives to measure the regional business resilience and continuity management performanceConfirming business continuity plans and procedures in place are up to date and effective and that the BCMS remains fit for purpose

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related fieldCBCI 7.0 Certification Course or equivalentProven experience in business resilience and continuity management within complex organisationsUnderstanding of ISO 22301 and its applicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective solutionsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFull UK and Ireland driving Licence; Fully mobile to travel across the UK and Ireland Region

£49,600 plus Bonus
