**WHAT WILL YOU DO:**
+ Provide comprehensive client support: Assisting clients throughout the entire residential property purchase and lease process
+ Act as a professional advisor: Offering expert advice and providing the best solutions to meet client need
+ Build long-term relationships: Supporting clients at every stage of the transaction to foster lasting relationships
+ Ensure high-quality service: Using professionalism and experience to deliver the best possible service to clients
**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
+ Experience in selling luxury goods
+ Real Estate Experience: Background in the residential real estate industry, specifically in property purchase and lease transactions will be value added
+ Advisory Skills: The ability to act as a professional advisor, offering solutions and meeting client needs
+ Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
+ Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best outcomes
+ Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of local market trends, property values, and legal and regulatory requirements
+ Problem-Solving: The capacity to handle and resolve challenges that arise throughout the transaction process
+ Good both English and Polish languages
