What our Residential Sales Activation Specialist Enjoy Most About the RoleEnhancing customer experience through efficient order processing for cable, internet, voice, and mobile services.Ensuring accurate billing and operationally sound work orders.Handling order exceptions and serving as a liaison for various sales channels.Managing activations and resolving installation issues for residential customers.Maximizing revenue through upselling and sharing best practices to improve processes.Working ConditionsNormal office environment with flexible work schedule.
What You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience2+ years in customer service or salesTechnical SkillsProficiency with computers and software applicationsKnowledge of office procedures and service troubleshootingSkills & AbilitiesStrong English communication skillsEffective prioritization, organization, and multitaskingAbility to resolve customer issues independently and in teamsAdaptability to work seated for long periods
Preferred QualificationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and solve problems under pressureKnowledge of the cable/telephony industry and residential products
