Your key responsibilities include: + Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. + Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals. + Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve. + Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations. + Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
