You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include: + Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. + Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals. + Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve. + Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations. + Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements. Experience can be substituted for education. + Required Certifications: Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
