**Job Title: Residential Plumber** **Job Description** Join our team as a Residential Plumber, where you will play an integral role in the installation and maintenance of piping systems. You will be responsible for drilling and notching out studs and walls, following blueprints for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms, and installing Cast Iron, Pex, and PVC piping systems. Your expertise will ensure the precise cutting, measuring, and hanging of drainage systems, along with the rough-in of plumbing for various units and vents. **Responsibilities** + Drill and notch out studs and walls for piping installation. + Follow blueprints and layouts for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms. + Install Cast Iron, Pex, and PVC piping systems. + Cut, measure, and hang drainage systems. + Rough-in bathrooms, kitchen units, laundry drainage, and vents. + Install tubs and showers. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience in Canada. + 2nd year Apprentice or above. + Proficiency in cutting, measuring, and fitting Cast Iron, PVC, and Pex systems from day one. + Strong communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Red Seal certificate (nice to have). + Fall protection and First Aid certification (nice to have). + Ability to read blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from competitive wages, paid overtime, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, and a generous RRSP plan with a $3k match. Sites are conveniently located with available parking or transit accessibility, offering year-round work close to home.
