PCR/Lemay, a Waste Connections company, is hiring a Residential Garbage Truck Driver with a valid Class A or B CDL to join our team in Frederickson, Washington. Pay & Schedule:

Hourly wage: $35.00–$35.50/hrSchedule: Work Monday through Friday, with the chance to earn more through occasional Saturdays and overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a residential garbage truck on designated routesRead and follow route sheets or dispatcher instructionsPerform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenanceLoad and unload waste materials—sometimes without assistanceOperate hydraulic hand controls to lift and dispose of refuseProvide courteous customer service and complete other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

Physically demanding role—requires lifting over 50 lbsExposure to outdoor weather, fumes, vibration, and moderate noiseMust follow all safety protocols around moving mechanical parts

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsementAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishHigh school diploma or GED preferredAt least 2 years of relevant driving experienceBasic knowledge of truck components for inspectionsSafety Sensitive Position: Yes
