Our Residential Care Advisors play a vital role in supporting adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment programs.
Assist residents with daily living tasks while also helping to foster independence, well-being, and community engagement. While day-to-day responsibilities that ensure resident health and safety are essential, this position also provides meaningful opportunities to build relationships and enrich the lives of residents through social activities—both on-site and in the community.
We’re looking for individuals who bring experience in mentoring teams, value a strengths-based, person-centered approach, and utilize positive, proactive practices to guide their work. Staff are encouraged to engage residents in community outings, shopping trips, and activities that promote socialization and personal development.
ABOUT YOU

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Reliability and integrity in all aspects of your work
A genuine interest in helping others live meaningful and connected lives
