**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Resolve hardware & software issues reported by the customer on a daily basis as part of the AMC.
+ Visit the customer site on a deputation basis and stay for the long term if required.
+ Regular in touch with Customer and Generate future business opportunities.
+ Keep regular updates on the product lifecycle
+ Do Upgrade/Retrofit/Migrate projects End to end (design, Software Development, FAT, Site Commissioning, SAT, completion certificate)?
+ Support the field services team in commissioning if required
+ Process and handle customer inquiries/requests in a timely manner
+ Technical support to the customer and site engineers with focus on site closure
+ Identify and communicate technical risk of proposed solutions/systems.
+ Participate in guiding resolution of technical issues for projects under execution & ensure robust, timely completion of technical issues impacting customers
+ Promote collaboration and call on experts from across Emerson, as necessary, to solve problems
+ Travel to the site to solve technical issues or lead commissioning activities in critical projects.

+ You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You make significant progress and remain calm and composed, even when things are uncertain. You observe situational and group dynamics and select the best-fit approach.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Automation, SCADA, PLC, DCS, VFD, Project Sales, implementation, and Tendering
+ Knowledge of various verticals like power, water, metal, and oil and gas industries.
+ Expertise in Emerson PLC and SCADA is an added advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Bachelor's degree or any equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, instrumentation, and Automation Engineering or any related field
+ Proficient in MS Office Suites such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ 3-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics, instrumentation, and Automation Engineering or any related field
