Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Resident Care Aide, you will be a vital member of the resident care team, performing care duties in accordance with the mission and philosophy of our organization and its established policies and procedures.
Every day, you will be accountable for the day-to-day care duties in Resident Care, directly contributing to the well-being and comfort of our residents. You may also be called upon to assist in other resident care or departmental duties as indicated in the unit-specific structure standards, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach. Your work ensures that our residents receive compassionate and attentive support in their daily lives.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a compassionate and caring demeanor, ideally with prior experience in direct resident care within a senior living or long-term care setting. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with residents and their families.
