We are looking for a Residency Living Manager to join our Student Living team at Northumbria University (Newcastle & Gateshead).
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5:30pm (with a flexible approach)
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in student life – from organising welcome events and supporting wellbeing, to building strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders and university partners.
What you’ll be doing:Supporting students with guidance, encouragement and a reliable friendly presence
Leading the on-site team to deliver an outstanding student living experience
Bringing creativity to events, communications, and community building
Developing links with local businesses and stakeholders to create opportunities and partnerships
Ensuring students feel supported from arrival through to graduation
