You will coordinate special arrangements, provide local insights, and ensure every interaction is handled with discretion, professionalism, and genuine care. **Key Responsibilities:** + Respond promptly to residents’ and guests’ requests for services such as transportation, dining reservations, housekeeping, dry cleaning, and maintenance. + Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to fulfill requests efficiently. + Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and surrounding area including local attractions and events. + Monitor common areas and lounges for service quality, safety, and guest comfort. + Maintain a visible and welcoming presence at the reception desk. + Document daily activities and updates in shift logbooks. + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and complete required training. + Uphold grooming standards, confidentiality, and asset protection policies. + Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent + **Experience:** No prior experience required; training provided + **Skills:** + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Customer service orientation + Professional demeanor and presentation + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively + Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods + Capable of lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds without assistance **Benefits:** + Uniform provided + Meals during shift + Service charge + Vacation and public holiday leave + Career development opportunities within Marriott International _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
