Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for overseeing sales for Anantara Ubud Bali Villas, a resort branded residential development currently under construction in Payangan.
The ideal candidate must already be based in Bali, possess in-depth knowledge of the island’s real estate industry, as well as extensive network and experience in the luxury residential market.
This role will be based on-site at Anantara Ubud Bali Resort.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalentAt least 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience and track record within the luxury real estate or other relevant sectorA thorough understanding of Bali’s real estate industry – its market and competitive landscape, customer base and sales processesGood verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishBe self-motivated and driven, able to set and achieve targets independently with minimal supervisionBe a team player, able to nurture cross-cultural collaboration and perform under pressure
