The Residence Club Officer is responsible for delivering top-tier food and beverage service to VIPs, high-paying guests, and Residence Club guests in accordance with established service standards, with a strong focus on creating memorable moments and an enhanced guest experience.He/she should have sound product knowledge in food and beverage offerings and will closely coordinate with other Residence Club Officers to assist with guest errands and special requests.
The ideal candidate should have atleast 2 years of experience in the same capacity and will ensure efficient setup, service, and clearing of buffets in the Living Room, as well as maintaining cleanliness of tables, buffet areas, reception, and storage spaces. He/she should also highlight attention to details, communication abilities, basic computer skills and a courteous attitude.
In supporting Club Level operations, the Residence Club Officer assists with delivering items such as letters to guest rooms, helping guests with luggage when needed, and contributing to seamless service for Executive Floor guests. Maintaining goodwill with guests is essential by providing accurate information, escalating concerns or unusual situations to superiors, and promptly addressing or reporting complaints. The role further ensures day-to-day operational efficiency, cleanliness of work areas, attendance at departmental meetings, and the completion of other duties as assigned by the Residence Club Manager, Assistant Residence Club Manager, or Residence Club Officers.
