What You’ll Do

As a Reservations Trainee, you will:

Assist in managing room reservations via phone, email, and online channelsProvide guests with accurate information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel servicesSupport the team in handling booking modifications, cancellations, and special requestsMaintain updated and accurate information in the reservation system (PMS)Ensure all reservation details are correctly recorded and communicated to relevant departmentsCollaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth guest experiencesAssist with group bookings and event-related reservationsMonitor availability and support the team in maximizing occupancy and revenue opportunitiesLearn and apply Hyatt standards in guest communication and service excellenceDevelop strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWho You Are

We’d love to meet you if you are:
