YOUR ROLE
In this exciting position, you will be part of the Central Reservations team at VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY, working with the brands Spark by Hilton and Curio Collection by Hilton, ensuring a first-class booking experience for our guests.
Maintaining reservation and customer data, as well as processing bookings and vouchersAssisting guests and clients via phone and email, including selling hotel services and handling special requestsActively promoting up-selling and cross-selling through strong product knowledgeSupporting the coordination of events, conferences, and group bookingsEnsuring reservation standards and quality throughout the booking processClose collaboration with internal departments as well as Revenue and Sales teamsSelling rooms and services in line with pricing policiesOrganizing office workflows and handling incoming correspondence
Work Experience
Completed education in hospitality or tourism, with professional experience in reservationsA leadership personality who knows how to motivate and drive resultsEnjoyment in interacting with guests and excellent communication skillsStrong team spirit is very important to youExperience with the hotel software Protel is an advantageA communicative personality with a warm and positive demeanorFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to different situationsExcellent organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentalityVery good command of German and English

For the position of Reservations Supervisor (m/f/d), the collective agreement minimum gross salary is €2,263 per month. Depending on your experience and qualifications, a higher salary of up to €2,450 gross per month is possible.
