Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Reservations Manager, you would be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Effectively lead Reservations Coordinators in the standards set forth by leadership.Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, coaching, and evaluations.Create and Manage Group Room Blocks, Build new Group SRPs in OnQ Rate and Inventory Management. Monitor group blocks, ensure cut off dates are met, monitor pick-up, process rooming lists.Work closely with hotel Sales Managers, Event Managers, Front Office Managers, Guests, Group Contacts and Travel Agents to ensure operating departments are informed of guest needs.Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotion, special reservation procedures, operational issues and special events.Calculate, prepare and generate designated reports related to group and transient business production.Lead weekly Group Pick-up Meeting.Implement all blackout dates in GRO / OnQ and review monthly to determine if adjustments are needed.Create Group masters and update all systems with appropriate communication.Verify group resumes ensuring accuracy of billing, complimentary room night allocations, staff rate allocations, and all other front office related contractual concessions.Develop and revise short term forecasts.
