Reservations Manager - Hyatt Regency Nha Trang
**Description:** + Responsible for overseeing the hotel’s reservations operations, ensuring accuracy in room availability, rates, and booking procedures. + Manages the reservations team to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective yield management and up-selling strategies. + Coordinates closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth booking experiences. + Ensures reservation systems and data are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards. **Qualifications:** Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel. Fluency in spoken and written English required.
