We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager to join our team in the Maldives. This pivotal role will report directly to the Director of Revenue Reservations and will be responsible for leading the reservations' function, ensuring seamless guest booking experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings.Manage and train the reservations team to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards.Collaborate with the Revenue Reservations Director to implement strategies that optimize occupancy and revenue.Monitor reservation systems, distribution channels, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and performance.Build strong relationships with travel partners, agents, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing personalized solutions that enhance the luxury experience.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager to join our team in the Maldives. Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in hotel/resort reservations; luxury or island-resort experience preferredStrong knowledge of reservation systems (Opera) and online distribution platforms.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.Strong analytic, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-first approach.Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.Requirements:
