You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingassociate, guest and owner expectations. The Reservations Executive is responsible to assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Front Office to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Ideally with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fieldMinimum 2 years work experience in either Reservations or Front Office, or as a Supervisory level in luxury resort or urban cityExcellent English communication and writing skillsComputer literacy, Microsoft Office, Email correspondenceFamiliarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)Strong attention to detail and customer-focused with professional and courteous service mannerIdeally with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fieldMinimum 2 years work experience in either Reservations or Front Office, or as a Supervisory level in luxury resort or urban cityExcellent English communication and writing skillsComputer literacy, Microsoft Office, Email correspondenceFamiliarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)Strong attention to detail and customer-focused with professional and courteous service manner
