What will I be doing?
As Reservation Coordinator you would be responsible for processing group reservation information including room lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Processing reservation request calls as appropriate
Assisting internal and external customers
Coordinating and implementing department activities and projects
Providing clerical support and assistance to management
Supporting 6 managers
Assisting with Events and Sales Team
Hourly rate is $19.83 (based on applicable and specialized experience and location).
