Responsibilities:
Manage telephone/email queries in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities
Effective advice on products and services knowledge
Meeting revenue targets
Assist in group forecast, materialisation reports, loyalty program, sales strategy, and group bookings management
High-standard customer service and personal presentation
Maintenance of system and procedures
Workplace health and safety duties
About You:
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered)
Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in hospitality industry
Knowledge of hotel property management systems
Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels
Positive attitude, resilient, and effective communication
Confident telephone manner and tech-saavy
Strong organisation/administration skills
Excellent grooming standards
