With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence. **Your role will include but not be limited to:** + Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally. + Process reservations in accordance with hotel standards and brand guidelines. + Maximize room occupancy and revenue by using up-selling and cross-selling techniques. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel facilities. + Ensure accuracy in guest profiles, billing instructions, and special requests. + Assist with group bookings and coordinate with Sales & Events for special requirements. + Liaise closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless communication. + Monitor availability and adjust reservations accordingly to optimize room inventory. + Resolve guest issues and requests in a timely and courteous manner. + Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management. + Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times. **Why you will love this job:** + Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment where no two days are the same. + Learn new skills, receive mentorship, and have opportunities for career growth. + Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and fun. + Enjoy benefits like staff discounts, and a creative, inspiring workplace. **Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:** + Previous experience in reservations role in a luxury hotel. + Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems is highly desirable. + Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to multitask and work under pressure. + A passion for delivering outstanding guest service. **What you can expect from us** We provide our team members with everything they need to succeed.
