**Additional Information** **Job Number** 25167698 **Job Category** Reservations **Location** W Taipei, 10 Zhongxiao East Road Sec. 5, Taipei, Taipei, Taiwan, 110202VIEW ON MAP (https://www.google.com/maps?q=W%20Taipei%2C%2010%20Zhongxiao%20East%20Road%20Sec.%205%2C%20Taipei%2C%20Taipei%2C%20Taiwan%2C%20110202) **Schedule** Full Time **Located Remotely?** N **Position Type** Non-Management **POSITION SUMMARY** 【 **Purpose of Role** 】 Ensure reservations received through various channels are accurately inputted into the PMS according to Marriott standards and guidelines while maintaining outstanding customer service and ability to promote the hotel product actively in professional manner. 【 **Cast Key Responsibilities** 】 Reservation Operation 1.Ensure attention-to-detail on all reservations with precision in preparation prior to guests’ arrival 2.Input bookings from domestic and international wholesalers into the PMS and respond within the same day 3.Confirm reservations and ensure all reservations are guaranteed prior to guests’ arrival 4.Capable to introduce the hotel’s products and facilities to guests with comprehensible manner 5.Demonstrate ability to promote any current packages and promotions by the hotel 6.Ensure all guest inquiries are responded within 24 hours upon receiving the inquiry 7.Respond enquiries through the reservation general email address promptly and assist with the maintenance of the reservation email account filing system 8.Complete daily checklist tasks efficiently 9.Support the team with effective filing systems either manually and electronically for easy access and retrieval of all reservation relevant correspondences 10.Comprehend various Marriott standards and guidelines in order to comply reservation procedures accordingly 11.Enlighten guests about the Marriott Preferred Guest program when required _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
