Reservation Officer

**Description:**
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Reservation Department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Reservation Officer is responsible to assist the Reservation Team Leader in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years' work experience as Reservation Officer or Front Office Agent.
+ Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
