In this position, you will focus on analyzing and improving our operational efficiency while enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring that our revenue expectations are met. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Reservation and Revenue Specialist (Park Manager Trainee), you will begin your career in a key management trainee position within the Reservation Section of the Bureau of State Parks' Director's Office. This role provides a valuable opportunity to refine your abilities in developing and overseeing statewide park reservation and revenue programs. You will work along side experienced managers on various operational issues related to individual state parks and the broader state park system. In addition, you will play a role in coordinating the AspiraOne Marketing initiatives for park reservations, particularly in relation to the contract with AspiraConnect. You will also support the Communications Liaison in promoting park availability through social media channels. Strong computer and analytical skills are essential for the annual data collection process, which informs the Bureau’s fee package analysis and proposal. You will assist in presenting recommendations to the section chief and provide support to DCNR and Bureau executive staff during the decision-making process regarding fee increases, as well as during the implementation of new pricing structures. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. + Work schedule may vary.
