Responsibilities:
Room reservations; Processing incoming phone calls, providing information about available services and numbers, as well as resolving customer issues.; Accounting, preparation and maintenance of reports on bookings, room occupancy and other key performance indicators of the resort; Advising guests on the resort's services.Requirements:
Secondary/higher education, preferably tourist; Work experience in the hotel industry in the booking department/ reception and accommodation department/ sales department; Fluency in modern means of communication (telephone, copier, personal computer, etc.); Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Copilot; Attention to detail, ability to concentrate, sociability, empathy, resistance to large amounts of communication and stress tolerance.
