Job description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused reservations agent to join our team. As a reservations agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Respond promptly and professionally to all room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsEfficiently book accommodations for guests across various market segments, including leisure, business travel, and group bookingsAccurately record all required reservation information in our property management systemUpsell room types and additional services to maximize revenue while meeting guest needsProvide detailed information about our propertyCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are metHandle changes, cancellations, and special requests with a customer-centric approachMaintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotional offersAssist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional mannerContribute to the continuous improvement of our reservation processes and guest experienceQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanorProficiency in reservation management systems and general computer skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressureCultural sensitivity and awareness, with a customer-focused mindsetFluency in English requiredFlexibility to work various shifts, as required About the Company
