As a Research Student, you will work closely with research personnel and actively participate in a structured learning experience in the laboratory or clinical research setting. During this experience, you will gain hands-on experience in laboratory techniques, clinical settings, data collection and analysis and/or other related skills to explore careers in biomedical and/or clinical research. (EXCLUDES students in a PhD program) + This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. **Languages:** + N/A **Certifications:** + N/A **Complexity of Work:** + Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. + Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. **Work Experience:** + None required. + Students with previous research laboratory experience are often preferred. **Physical Requirements:** + Normal physical requirements include good near visual acuity and color acuity. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. **Pay Range** Minimum hourly: $15.00 Maximum hourly: $150.00 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
