Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Culturing cells, exposing them to samples, and monitoring for cytopathic effects, hemadsorption, or other indicators of viral presence.  Assessing the identity, purity, and stability of cell lines used in production, including testing for endogenous and adventitious viruses.  Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as PCR / NGS.

Additional Considerations:

Experience with specific cell lines used in biopharmaceutical production. Knowledge of different viral detection methods and their limitations. Familiarity with biosafety procedures and risk assessment. Work Experience

5 - 15 years of relevant experience with Masters/ PhD.
