About The Role:
We are seeking a recent graduate who is highly organized and a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing governance and documentation, providing business insights, conducting training meetings, managing projects, and supporting stakeholders. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s delivery of objectives. As part of our Global team, this position supports CBRE’s business operations in the United Kingdom.
This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, requiring in-office presence with the local team two days per week, with the remaining three days remote. To align with our UK-based partners, working hours will be 6am-2pm daily.
What You'll Do:
•Support and help manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project benchmarks are met.
•Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
•Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
•Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
•Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes align with their expectations.

•Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
•Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
•Strong interpersonal skills required; written and verbal.
•Strong attention to detail & accuracy in all tasks.
•Preferred experience and understanding of relational databases (extract & manipulate data).
