Research Program Coordinator - #Staff

We are seeking a **_Research Program Coordinator_** who will assist with the industrial food animal production (IFAP) and community health systematic review project at the Center for a Livable Future. The coordinator will also assist with other projects related to IFAP and related food systems topics. Our work in this area is focused on informing public policies that address problems caused by the IFAP model and advancing the development of food production models that support public health, environmental justice, climate change mitigation, and animal welfare. The coordinator will be supervised by the center’s Associate Director and will work directly with senior staff and faculty on various projects.
**Specific Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**
+ Support analyses and development of translational materials related to the IFAP and community health systematic review project.
+ Conduct literature reviews and/or research analyses.
+ Review, extract data, and evaluate sources of bias in the identified epidemiological studies.
+ Contribute to project tasks as needed, on topics such as biogas and antibiotic resistance.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
+ Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond HS Diploma/Graduation Equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s Degree or relevant professional experience.
+ Some related experience and a strong interest in public policy, food system equity, and the public health impacts of agriculture, food animal production, and climate.
+ Familiarity with literature reviews, research analyses, and/or qualitative and quantitative research methods.
