Job Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
To support the Research Nursing Project Managers (RNPM) and other staff in dealing with all aspects of project-specific administrative requirements, liaising with clients, vendors, external sites, Illingworth Research Group Ltd (hereinafter Illingworth) bank nurses, and internal staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with the maintenance of the research nursing project electronic files, ensuring GCP and SOP compliance.
2. Assist in the process of obtaining and maintaining relevant nurse approvals and study-specific documentation e.g., site approvals to work on projects as required, training logs, CVs, GCP, certificates, etc.
3. Assist Research Nursing Project Managers with ordering and purchasing equipment/supplies required for the of allocated research nursing projects.
4. Organize the shipment of equipment/supplies to/from the allocated Illingworth nurses for research nursing projects, including the tracking of all equipment.
5. Organize the logistics for study visits, e.g., confirming dates/times of visits with the research nurse, booking specialist couriers, travel, and accommodation, and assisting with the maintenance of all study-related trackers.
6. Assist in carrying out quality control checks on all off-site visit worksheets and paperwork generated by the research nurses, liaising with them to facilitate corrections or updates and arranging for these documents to be returned to trial sites.
7. Assist in maintaining effective communications between Illingworth and the research nurses, client, trial sites, vendors, and any other parties to ensure excellent relationships continue and all parties are kept up to date with project progress, including drafting/recording minutes during client meetings as required
8. Act as a support for the research nurses in resolving day-to-day project issues and escalating/reporting these issues to the allocated RNPMs. This may also include reporting work that appears out of scope, to enable the raising of change orders.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Requirement to work effectively to tight timelines.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint as a minimum.

Summary
The Research Nursing Project Coordinator (RNPC) coordinates the delivery and logistics of off-site mobile Research Nursing visits to participants in clinical trials and studies. The RNPC is responsible for supporting the Research Nursing Project Managers (RNPM) in delivery of the client project, ensuring project systems and files remain audit ready, supporting communications with sites, clients and nurses, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the services with the RNPM.
